THE SHORT ANSWER · AS OF 11 OCTOBER 2026
Yes — the full game will have two-player co-op and PvP invasions (up to three players in a session). The current Steam demo is single-player only.
Co-op
The developer's official Demo FAQ says the full game “will feature seamless two-player co-op”. The Steam page adds that full solo and co-op progression lets you experience the entire story your way — “when the road becomes too arduous to walk alone—call your posse.”
PvP invasions
PvP comes as invasions: an invader can drop into your session, supporting up to three players in total (two co-op players plus one invader). The Steam listing describes stepping into PvP to “become a threat to others”.
Is multiplayer in the demo?
No. The FAQ states the demo is single-player only, and the Steam demo listing is tagged single-player. Read the Guns of Eschaton demo guide for what the demo does include.
Not yet announced
We found no official details on crossplay between PC and consoles, matchmaking, whether invasions can be turned off, or whether co-op partners keep progress. We will add them only when the developer publishes them. Check the release date page and platforms page for related status.
